Location: Hounslow Borough
Contract: Full-time, Temporary (until at least the end of the academic year)
Salary: From £180 per day
Seeking a new teaching role and available for an immediate start? A one-form entry primary school in the London Borough of Hounslow is seeking an experienced Year 5 Teacher to join the team immediately. This role will run until at least the end of the academic year, with the potential for extension.
The Headteacher is looking for a teacher who can work independently, plan engaging lessons, and motivate pupils to achieve their academic potential. Behaviour across the school is generally good, though there are a small number of pupils who sometimes find school life more challenging. You'll have the support of a friendly leadership team who value clear communication and professional integrity.
The ideal candidate will:
Have recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
Be confident planning and delivering lessons independently.
Maintain high expectations for learning and behaviour.
Be adaptable, proactive, and able to build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues.
