What We Offer

£32,000 base salary (DOE)
Uncapped commission - realistic Year 1 OTE £35,000-£42,000

The Role

Build and manage relationships with schools, teachers, and support staff
Source and interview candidates to match them to roles in local schools
Generate new business through calls, meetings, and networking
Write engaging job ads and candidate profiles
Work towards clear, achievable performance goals
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where success is rewarded

We're Looking For

You'll need to be:

A confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills
Highly driven, ambitious, and eager to learn
Resilient - you bounce back from challenges quickly
Charismatic and persuasive - someone with real presence and energy
Able to think on your feet, handle pressure, and stay organised
Ideally a graduate, ex-educator, or professional from a fast-paced sales or customer-facing role
