This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and creative educator who thrives on helping children with special educational needs reach their full potential. The school caters for pupils aged 5-16 with a range of needs including ASD, MLD, SEMH, and communication difficulties.
The role:
Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils.
Use differentiated strategies and specialist resources to support engagement and learning.
Collaborate closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure the best outcomes.
Promote independence, confidence, and wellbeing in every child.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching pupils with SEN, ideally in a specialist setting.
