Teacher of Drama - Northamptonshire

Do you have a flair for performance, creativity, and inspiring young people? Tradewind Recruitment is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Teacher of Drama to join a vibrant partner school in Northamptonshire. This is a full-time position, open to both experienced teachers and exceptional ECTs who are eager to make their mark in a supportive and forward-thinking performing arts department.

The school boasts excellent facilities, including a well-equipped drama studio and strong links to local arts organisations. As a Drama Teacher, you'll deliver engaging and imaginative lessons across KS3 and KS4, encouraging students to develop confidence, teamwork, and creativity both on and off the stage. You'll also have opportunities to contribute to school productions, extra-curricular clubs, and community performances.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold QTS and a degree in Drama or a related field.

  • Be an innovative practitioner with excellent classroom management.

  • Have a passion for the arts and experience directing or supporting performances.

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for developing students' creativity and confidence.
