SENDCO - Northamptonshire (Full-Time, Permanent or Long-Term Contract)

As SENDCO, you will play a pivotal role in leading the strategic development of SEND provision, overseeing a talented team of support staff, and ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning for students with additional needs. You'll work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement effective interventions that make a genuine difference to young people's lives.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience leading SEND provision across a secondary phase.
Be an empathetic communicator and strong advocate for inclusive education.
Demonstrate excellent organisational and leadership skills.
