Unqualified Teacher - Kettering
Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
Salary: £100 - £120 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time / Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Are you passionate about inspiring young minds and looking to begin a rewarding career in education? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Unqualified Teachers to work in secondary schools across the Kettering area.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or individuals with experience working with young people who are eager to gain hands-on classroom experience and take their first steps toward qualified teacher status.
The Role
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure a positive learning environment.
Support students in their learning and encourage engagement.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and senior leaders.
Tradewind will provide full support and guidance, including access to professional development opportunities and progression routes into teacher training.
What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
A degree (or equivalent qualification).
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).
