Teaching Assistant - Kettering

Your Role Will Include:

  • Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Providing 1:1 or small-group support for students with SEND or additional learning needs

  • Helping to implement learning strategies, manage classroom routines, and promote positive behaviour

  • Encouraging confidence, independence, and participation among students

  • Contributing to a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive school environment

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Enjoys working with young people and thrives in a collaborative team setting

  • Communicates clearly and confidently with both students and staff

  • Brings empathy, patience, and enthusiasm to every school day

  • Is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills

  • May have previous experience in childcare, youth work, support work, or coaching (preferred but not essential)
