Student Services Assistant: First Aid and Wellbeing
Location: Kettering Area
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term (potential for permanent)
Salary: £90 - £100 per day (depending on experience)

Tradewind Recruitment are proud to be working with a thriving secondary school in the Kettering area who are seeking a caring, organised, and proactive Student Services Assistant to join their supportive pastoral and wellbeing team.
This is a key role within the school, providing vital support to students' health, wellbeing, and day-to-day needs. You'll be at the heart of the school community, helping to ensure students are safe, supported, and ready to learn.
The Role:
As the Student Services Assistant (First Aid and Wellbeing), you will:
Provide first aid and medical assistance to students and staff as required.
Maintain accurate health records and ensure first aid supplies are well-stocked.
Support the emotional wellbeing of students, offering a listening ear and signposting to appropriate support services.
Assist with daily administrative tasks within Student Services, including attendance and pastoral support.
Work collaboratively with the safeguarding and pastoral teams to promote student welfare.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is:
Calm, compassionate, and able to support students with a range of physical and emotional needs.
First Aid trained (or willing to undertake training).
Organised and confident managing administrative duties in a busy school environment.
Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Experienced in working with young people in a school, healthcare, or wellbeing setting (preferred).
