We're proud to be partnering with welcoming and inclusive schools across Kettering, who are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join their teams either as soon as possible or from January 2026. What You'll Be Doing
Providing one-to-one and small group support for students with additional learning needs
Assisting teachers with differentiated activities and effective classroom organisation
Supporting students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and social, emotional or behavioural challenges
Encouraging confidence, independence, and engagement in learning
Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion throughout the school day
Contributing to a safe, nurturing, and supportive classroom environment
We're Looking For Someone Who
Is passionate about supporting young people, particularly those with SEN
Brings a patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to every situation
Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with students and staff
Is reliable, flexible, and thrives working as part of a team
May have experience in education, care, youth work, or SEN support (advantageous but not essential)
Is eager to learn, grow, and develop within a school environment
