Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential? We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a network of inclusive and forward-thinking secondary schools across Lambeth.

As an LSA, you will play a vital role in helping students with a range of learning needs access the curriculum, build confidence, and develop key skills for life. You will work closely with teachers and the wider support team to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

What we're looking for:

  • A passion for education and supporting young people

  • Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills

  • The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff

  • Experience working with children or young people (school-based or otherwise) is desirable, though not essential
