Admissions Officer - Secondary School - Greenwich

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an organised and professional Admissions Officer to join a welcoming secondary school in Greenwich. This is a full-time, long-term position starting immediately, offering an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting the school's admissions and enrolment process.

About the Role:

  • Manage the full admissions process from initial enquiry to student enrolment

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records using SIMS or Bromcom

  • Liaise professionally with parents, students, and external agencies

  • Support open evenings, transition events, and school tours

  • Work closely with senior leaders to ensure smooth communication and compliance with admissions policies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a school administrative or admissions role (essential)

  • Strong IT skills, ideally with experience using SIMS or Bromcom

  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

  • A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
