Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an organised and professional Admissions Officer to join a welcoming secondary school in Greenwich. This is a full-time, long-term position starting immediately, offering an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting the school's admissions and enrolment process.
About the Role:
Manage the full admissions process from initial enquiry to student enrolment
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records using SIMS or Bromcom
Liaise professionally with parents, students, and external agencies
Support open evenings, transition events, and school tours
Work closely with senior leaders to ensure smooth communication and compliance with admissions policies
Requirements:
Previous experience in a school administrative or admissions role (essential)
Strong IT skills, ideally with experience using SIMS or Bromcom
Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
