Tradewind Recruitment is looking for passionate and talented SEN Supply Teachers to work across a variety of specialist and mainstream schools in Northampton and the surrounding areas. We partner with a diverse range of schools, including SEND provisions, specialist units and inclusive mainstream settings. Students' needs vary from autism and social communication difficulties, to SEMH, MLD/SLD, PMLD, and complex physical needs-so every placement offers something new, rewarding and meaningful.
As an SEN Supply Teacher, you'll play an essential role in supporting continuity of learning, delivering engaging, differentiated lessons, and building positive relationships with pupils who thrive on structure, patience and understanding.

What we're looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working with SEN learners is highly desirable, but strong mainstream teachers with a passion for SEN are welcome
Ability to adapt teaching to meet a range of needs and learning styles
A calm, resilient, nurturing approach
Flexibility, reliability and excellent communication skills
