This is a rewarding opportunity for qualified teachers who are experienced in or eager to develop within the SEN sector. Our schools cater for pupils with diverse needs including Autism (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.

  • Supporting students' personal and academic development in line with EHCP targets.

  • Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to achieve the best outcomes.

  • Promoting a positive, inclusive classroom culture that celebrates every achievement.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Experience teaching pupils with SEN (or strong interest in developing SEN expertise).

  • Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability.

  • Must drive and have access to your own vehicle, as schools are located in rural settings.
