SEN Teaching Assistant

Your daily role:

• Supporting students with special educational needs in lessons
  * Delivering tailored 1:1 and small-group interventions
  * Helping teachers adapt activities and resources to suit a range of learning needs
  * Encouraging student independence, confidence, and positive engagement

We'd love to hear from candidates who are:

• Patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting young people
  * Experienced working with children or teenagers (SEN experience beneficial)
  * Keen to learn, take on training, and develop their skills
