Key Responsibilities
Preparing, organising and maintaining equipment and materials for science lessons
Supporting practical experiments across Biology, Chemistry and Physics
Ensuring laboratories are safe, well-stocked and compliant with health and safety regulations
Assisting teachers during practical sessions where required
Managing inventories and ordering resources
Providing technical advice to staff and contributing to the smooth running of the department
About You
Strong interest in the sciences and confidence working with lab equipment
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
A proactive approach and commitment to supporting high-quality education
Previous experience in a school laboratory or similar scientific environment is desirable but not essential
