Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality learning support across KS3 and KS4

• Lead small group interventions and occasionally whole-class teaching

• Support teachers with planning, assessment, and classroom management

• Foster positive relationships with students, promoting engagement and achievement

• Contribute to the wider school community and uphold inclusive practices

Requirements:

• HLTA status or equivalent experience

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Experience supporting students in a secondary school setting

• A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
