* Build trusting, positive relationships with young people
* Work with teachers, SEN teams and pastoral staff to implement behaviour strategies
* Model and reinforce high expectations, emotional regulation and resilience
* Contribute to a safe, calm and positive school environment
We are looking for:
* Someone patient, confident and empathetic
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience working with young people (school-based experience is desirable but not essential)
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
* A proactive, resilient approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure
If you are motivated by helping students reach their full potential and want to grow within supportive, inclusive schools, we would love to hear from you.
