Behaviour Mentor - Secondary Schools, Merton

The Role:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students to support their personal, social, and emotional development. You will play a key role in creating a positive school culture, helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. This is a full-time role, working across the school week, with opportunities to make a lasting impact on students' lives.

Responsibilities:
Supporting students with behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and social development
Developing and implementing individualised support plans
Working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies
Promoting a positive and inclusive school culture
Monitoring and recording student progress, celebrating achievements
Requirements:
Experience working with secondary school students, ideally in a mentoring, pastoral, or support role
Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage challenging behaviours while promoting positive outcomes
