SEN Teaching Assistant - Daventry, Northamptonshire - £90-£100 per day (depending on experience) - Immediate start - Full-time, long-term

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming specialist provision in Daventry. About the role:

  • Provide 1:1 or small-group support for pupils with a variety of SEN

  • Assist with personalised learning plans and differentiated activities

  • Encourage positive behaviour, engagement and emotional regulation

  • Support teaching staff in creating a safe, inclusive and structured classroom

  • Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and colleagues

  • Experience working with children with SEN (school-based or similar settings)

  • Patience, resilience and a calm, caring approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to follow guidance and contribute to a positive learning environment
