Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a reliable, practical and committed Learning Support Assistant to join a well-run mainstream school in Lambeth. This is a long-term, full-time position starting immediately and suited to someone who can bring consistency, clear communication and a steady presence to the classroom.

You will work closely with teachers to support pupils with a range of learning needs, help maintain a purposeful classroom environment and ensure students remain focused and engaged. The school values professionalism, punctuality and a calm, confident approach. If you can follow direction, use your initiative and build effective rapport with students and staff, we want to hear from you.

Tradewind offers weekly PAYE pay, ongoing support from an experienced consultant and access to high-quality CPD.
