Salary: £195 - £260 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time | Term-time | January 2026 - July 2026 (possible extension)

You must hold QTS (primary or secondary trained) and have a genuine passion for helping pupils grow both academically and emotionally. Previous experience in a SEND school is not essential, as the school offers excellent training, coaching and ongoing professional development.
The Role
Teach an engaging, tailored curriculum for students aged 11-16 with ASC, SEMH and a range of SEND needs
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that build confidence, independence and measurable progress
Work alongside a committed team including therapists, SEND practitioners and teaching assistants
Create a calm, structured and supportive learning environment where every pupil feels safe, respected and understood
