Tradewind are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in the Ashton area of Tameside. This is a full-time role starting in January 2026, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent school position.

Key Requirements

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)

  • Previous experience working within Early Years in a Primary School setting

  • A proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic approach to supporting early learning

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
