Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting young learners? Tradewind are currently recruiting for a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school in Oldham.

The Role

• Supporting children in Early Years who are active and require engaging, hands-on support

• Assisting with classroom activities and helping to maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment

• Using strong behaviour management strategies to support children's learning and development

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with children in Early Years

• Confident in supporting behaviour within a busy, active classroom setting

• Enthusiastic, proactive, patient, and committed to helping children thrive
