• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Assist pupils with their learning, both individually and in small groups.
• Help manage pupil behaviour and foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Adapt to different school settings, year groups, and pupil needs.
• Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to access the curriculum effectively.

• Previous experience working with children in a classroom or educational setting.
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils' academic and personal development.
• Patience, adaptability, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
• An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, or a willingness to apply for one.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are desirable but not essential.
