🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Optimizing Child Protection Protocols

Your responsibilities define the algorithm of safety within the Academy. You will be the system administrator for student welfare:

  • Incident Response: Serve as the trusted "Failover Mechanism" for the DSL, ensuring zero downtime in safeguarding coverage.
  • Data Integrity & Security: Ensure all records are maintained to the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality-a non-negotiable compliance metric.
  • External API Integration: Seamlessly coordinate with Social Care, Police, and multi-agency partners-optimizing external relationships for student support.
  • Compliance Training: Assist in the dissemination and validation of statutory knowledge (KCSIE, Prevent) across the staff base, ensuring 100% policy adherence.
