A high-energy secondary school in Hackney is looking for a Behaviour mentoir to join their pastoral team. The school works hard to create an environment where every student feels supported, respected, and able to make positive choices.
In This Role You Will:
- Support students who require help with behaviour and emotional regulation
* Provide 1:1 mentoring and run short intervention sessions
* Help maintain a positive climate across the school
* Work hand-in-hand with teachers and pastoral leads

* Have worked with young people in any setting-schools, youth clubs, mentoring, coaching
