What You'll Be Doing:
- Mentoring students who need additional encouragement
* Supporting learning in lessons where required
* Helping pupils organise their workload and stay on track
* Working collaboratively with teachers and pastoral staff
This Role Suits Someone Who:
- Enjoys working with teenagers and building positive relationships
* Can motivate, listen and offer calm guidance
* Has experience from coaching, mentoring, youth work or tutoring
