Position: Year 3 / Year 4 Primary Teacher (Key Stage 2)

Contract: Full-Timelong term position
Salary: Main Pay Scale (M1-M6)
Key Responsibilities
As the Year 3 / Year 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for:
Curriculum Delivery: Planning, preparing, and delivering a broad, rich, and engaging curriculum across all subjects in line with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2.
Pupil Progress: Taking accountability for the attainment and progress of all pupils in your class, ensuring all children reach their full potential.
Differentiation: Adapting teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of all pupils, including those with SEN, EAL, or high ability.
Assessment and Feedback: Making accurate use of formative and summative assessment to inform future planning and providing regular, constructive feedback to pupils.
Classroom Management: Establishing a safe, stimulating, and positive learning environment with high expectations for behaviour, rooted in mutual respect and kindness
Teamwork: Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff (Teaching Assistants), parents, and external agencies to support pupil well-being and learning.
Safeguarding: Upholding the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is Essential.
Secure knowledge of the National Curriculum for KS2 is Essential.
