Pay: Up to £120 per day

The Roles Available

We are recruiting Sports Graduates to work in the following school-based roles:

  • Cover Supervisor - Deliver pre-set lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and gain invaluable secondary school experience

  • Sports Coach - Support PE departments, lead sessions, and promote physical activity across the school

  • Teaching Assistant - Provide classroom support, work with small groups, and help pupils reach their potential

All roles offer flexible work and exposure to real classroom environments - perfect for those considering teacher training, PGCE, or School Direct routes.

What We're Looking For

  • A Sports-related degree (or similar)

  • A genuine interest in education, youth development, or teaching

  • Confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude

  • Previous experience with young people (coaching, tutoring, volunteering) is desirable but not essential
