Location: Redbridge
Contract: Full-time | Term-time only | Long-term

A nurturing primary special educational needs school in Redbridge is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. The school supports pupils aged 4-11 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), speech and language difficulties, and moderate learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support across the curriculum

  • Support pupils with emotional regulation and sensory needs

  • Assist with personalised learning plans and EHCP targets

  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and SENCO

Ideal Candidate:

  • Patient, reliable, and proactive

  • Previous SEN or care experience desirable (not essential)

  • Confident supporting children with additional needs
