The Role - Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant
We're hiring Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our London office in Holborn. This is a full-time, office-based role ideal for graduates or individuals from sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or other target-driven environments.
As a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant, you'll support schools across London by recruiting high-quality teachers, teaching assistants, and education support staff. You'll be trained from day one and supported by an experienced, high-performing team.
No recruitment experience required - just ambition, resilience, and a genuine interest in working with people.
