Religious Education Teacher KS3, GCSE and A level - Trafford

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a RE teacher for an ongoing full-time supply role at an Ofsted Outstanding Grammar school, starting ASAP.

The Role

Full-time: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-3.30pm

Teacher of Religious Education to GCSE and A level

Teacher of religious education lessons with a focus on developing open- minded and empathetic learners supporting British Values.

Positive confident classroom management skills where students can share beliefs in a safe supportive environment.

Innovative teacher able to adapt lessons to a broad range of beliefs and cultures.

Experience of teaching AQA A level Religious Education is essential as the timetable is predominantly in the school's sixth form.

The school are interested in hearing from early career teachers, experienced QTS teachers or FE lecturers with experience of teaching Religious Education to students aged 11 to 18.

Requirements

  • QTS/QTLS or FE teaching qualifications or equivalent overseas qualifications
  • Enhanced DBS (and Overseas Police Check if applicable)
  • Full CV with complete employment and education history
  • Legal right to work in the UK
