SEND Support Staff - Specialist Resource Provision (SRP)
Full Time | ASAP Start

Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Ruislip area to recruit dedicated SEND Support Staff to work within their Specialist Resource Provision (SRP).

This is a full-time role, starting as soon as possible, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs in a nurturing, well-resourced setting.

The Role:

  • Supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) on a 1:1 and small-group basis

  • Assisting with personal care where required

  • Supporting learning, communication, and emotional regulation

  • Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals

  • Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all pupils

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has previous experience working with SEND (school-based or relevant care setting)

  • Is confident and comfortable with personal care responsibilities

  • Is patient, compassionate, and proactive

  • Can work effectively as part of a supportive team

  • Is available full time and ready to start ASAP
