Maths Graduate - Graduate Teaching Programme

Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
Contract: Full-time | Fixed-term (with pathway to QTS)

This role is ideal for a motivated graduate who is passionate about mathematics and keen to develop their teaching skills in a supportive school environment.

The Role:

  • Support the delivery of Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 exposure possible)

  • Work alongside experienced Maths teachers to plan, deliver, and assess learning

  • Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups

  • Gradually take on increased teaching responsibility as part of the training programme

  • Engage fully with training, mentoring, and professional development

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds (or is on track to achieve) a degree in Mathematics or a related subject

  • Has a strong desire to pursue a career in secondary teaching

  • Confident, enthusiastic, and willing to learn

  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards young people

  • Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
