Pay Rate: £90-£100 per day (dependent on experience)

We're working with secondary schools across Kettering that are seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join them as Graduate Teachers immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical classroom experience, build confidence, and explore future teacher training pathways such as PGCE or SCITT.

About the Role:

As a Graduate Teacher, you'll support classroom learning by delivering pre-prepared lessons, assisting students, and learning from experienced teachers. You'll develop subject knowledge, gain valuable experience, and make a real difference to students' learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lessons and supervise classes across various subjects

  • Provide one-to-one or small group support for students

  • Maintain positive behaviour and a focused learning environment

  • Assist with planning, marking, and classroom administration

  • Gain essential experience to support future teacher training applications

Who We're Looking For:

  • Recent graduates in any subject, especially core or humanities

  • Experience working with young people (tutoring, mentoring, coaching, youth work, etc.)

  • Confident, professional, and enthusiastic communicators

  • Aspiring teachers aiming to gain classroom experience before training

  • Reliable, adaptable, and proactive individuals ready to start ASAP
