About the Teacher Training Programme

This school-based programme provides aspiring teachers with the opportunity to gain paid, hands-on classroom experience while developing the skills and confidence needed to progress into formal teacher training.

As a Graduate Teacher, you will:

  • Support teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4

  • Deliver small group interventions and supervised whole-class lessons

  • Develop skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment

  • Work closely with experienced teachers and school-based mentors

  • Receive ongoing support and career guidance from Tradewind Recruitment

  • Gain valuable experience to support applications for PGCE, School Direct, or other teacher training routes, leading to QTS
