** Teaching Assistants, LSAs & HLTAs ** £90+ per day ** Hertfordshire ** Daily supply and Short-term assignments **

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant/Practitioner or HLTA looking for flexible work within Primary / SEN or Prep schools?

Tradewind Recruitment's St Albans office works in close partnership with a wide range of schools across Hertfordshire. Due to high demand, particularly in Borehamwood, Watford and St Albans, we are currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic TAs, LSAs and HLTAs to support pupils and teaching staff on a daily supply or short-term basis.

The roles offer:

  • Daily supply and short-term opportunities in primary schools
  • A variety of settings across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Daily pay rates of £90 to £100 per day (PAYE)
  • No planning or marking required; roles may include classroom support, one-to-one intervention, small group work and supporting pupils with additional needs

With over 20 years of experience, Tradewind has built strong relationships with schools throughout the Home Counties. Due to increasing demand across Hertfordshire, we are expanding our support staff supply team.

To work with Tradewind, you must:

  • Have experience working as a TA, LSA, HLTA or similar support role in a school setting
  • Be proactive, adaptable and committed to supporting pupils' learning and wellbeing
  • Be flexible and open to working across different school environments
  • Have a positive attitude and a willingness to develop your skills
