Tradewind Recruitment is working closely with a range of supportive and specialist SEND schools and provisions across Greater Manchester, and we are currently recruiting passionate and nurturing Primary Teachers to support pupils with a variety of special educational needs and disabilities.

The role:

As a Primary Teacher in an SEND setting, you will:

  • Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs

  • Support pupils with EHCPs and personalised learning programmes

  • Create a structured, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment

  • Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and SENCOs

  • Monitor progress and support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development

We are looking for teachers who:

  • Hold QTS/QTLS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

  • Have experience in primary education and/or SEND settings

  • Are patient, resilient, and passionate about inclusive education

  • Have strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills

  • Hold (or are willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS check and suitable references
