Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant

With the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) at the heart of the school, they are now seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and vibrant team.
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and motivated Teaching Assistant to support children's learning, development, and well-being within EYFS. You will work closely with the Early Years team to create a nurturing, engaging environment where young learners can thrive during these crucial early stages of their education.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing one-to-one and small group support for children in EYFS
Assisting with learning activities that promote development through play
Supporting children's social, emotional, and communication skills
Preparing and maintaining learning resources and classroom environments
Observing and recording pupil progress and feeding back to the class teacher
Supporting the implementation of individual learning plans
Assisting with lunchtime supervision and outdoor play activities
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
Previous experience working in an Early Years setting
A good understanding of the EYFS curriculum
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
A nurturing, patient approach and a genuine passion for supporting young children
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils
