Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding KS2 role? A welcoming and supportive Primary School in central Oldham is seeking a motivated and skilled KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.
This role will involve delivering small group interventions and providing targeted support to pupils with a range of learning needs, helping them to build confidence and achieve their full potential.
About the Role:
Delivering targeted small group interventions to KS2 pupils
Supporting children with a variety of learning styles and abilities
Assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
Helping pupils develop confidence and make strong academic progress
Who We're Looking For:
An experienced Teaching Assistant with previous KS2 experience
A proactive and adaptable individual confident in working with small groups
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
