Are you a caring and compassionate Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with complex SEND needs? Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming Primary School in Oldham who are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child within the Early Years setting.

The Role:

• Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a child in Early Years

• Supporting learning, development, and emotional well-being in a nurturing environment

• Working closely with class teachers and SEN staff to deliver tailored support strategies

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience supporting children with complex SEND needs

• A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

This is a full-time, long-term position, offering the chance to play a vital role in supporting a child's learning and development.
