Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Interviewing and placing candidates in education roles

  • Creating compelling candidate profiles

  • Supporting experienced sales consultants to grow their desks

  • Working towards weekly KPIs

  • Building long-term relationships with candidates and schools

Training & Career Development

After year one, you'll move into a dedicated Sales Desk with advanced training in:

  • Business development

  • Negotiation and margins

  • Safeguarding and compliance

  • Customer service and time management
