Early Years Practitioner - CACHE Level 3

Tradewind Education | Camden | Full-Time

Tradewind Education works in partnership with a number of mainstream primary schools and nursery settings across Camden that are currently recruiting Early Years Practitioners (CACHE Level 3). Due to ongoing demand, we have multiple full-time opportunities available.

The role:
You will be placed in one of our partner settings, supporting children within Nursery or Reception, helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that supports early development.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework

  • Plan and deliver engaging play-based activities

  • Carry out observations and contribute to assessments

  • Support children's personal, social, and emotional development

  • Work collaboratively with teachers, Early Years teams, and parents

  • Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are met

Requirements:

  • CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)

  • Experience working in Early Years settings (school or nursery-based)

  • A warm, patient, and proactive approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
