This position offers a blend of classroom-based support and curriculum-focused responsibilities, giving you exposure to teaching and learning while working closely with qualified teachers and pastoral staff.
The Role
As a Curriculum Support Officer, you will:
Support the delivery of lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 under the direction of teaching staff
Work with students to enhance engagement, understanding, and progress
Assist with the preparation of lesson materials and curriculum resources
Provide in-class support and small group interventions where required
Help maintain accurate curriculum, attendance, and assessment records
Work collaboratively with teachers, departments, and pastoral teams
