What You'll Be Doing:

  • Gaining hands-on experience across different subjects and year groups

  • Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g., coaching, mentoring, tutoring, or support roles)

  • Confident communicators who can motivate and manage a classroom

  • Adaptable, proactive, and professional individuals with a genuine interest in education

  • Those considering teacher training (PGCE, SCITT, or QTS Apprenticeship) or other education pathways
