Exam Invigilators - Mocks & GCSEs
Secondary Schools | Ealing
Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Exam Invigilators to support mock exams and GCSEs across a number of secondary schools in Ealing. These roles are ideal for organised, reliable individuals looking for flexible work during the exam period.
Invigilators play a vital role in ensuring exams run smoothly, fairly, and in line with exam board regulations.
Main Duties
- Set up exam rooms prior to exams
- Supervise students during exams and maintain a calm, quiet environment
- Ensure exam regulations and procedures are followed at all times
- Distribute and collect exam papers securely
- Support students appropriately and respond to queries in line with exam guidance
- Report any incidents or irregularities to the exams officer

The Ideal Candidate
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Holds a valid DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
- Able to provide suitable references
- Previous invigilation experience is beneficial but not essential
