What You'll Do:

  • Deliver engaging and structured Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Help students strengthen their problem-solving, numeracy, and exam skills

  • Adjust your teaching to meet a wide range of abilities, including SEND and SEMH learners

  • Collaborate closely with the Maths department and pastoral staff to support student achievement

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment

About You:

  • Strong knowledge of Maths across KS3 and KS4

  • Experience working with young people in schools, tutoring, or similar settings (helpful but not essential)

  • Confident in front of a classroom with excellent communication skills

  • Organised, adaptable, and enthusiastic about helping students succeed

  • Degree in Mathematics or a related field is a bonus but not required
