Pay: Main Scale £155-£160 per day (PAYE)

Contract: Flexible - Full-time / Part-time (Term Time Only)

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming primary schools local to Redbridge on a supply basis. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled Primary teachers who value flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a positive impact in different classroom environments.

Working as a Daily supply Primary teacher offers the freedom to choose when and where to work, making it ideal for experienced Primary teachers or ECTs looking to broaden their experience, or professionals returning to the classroom. Assignments may range from short-term cover to longer placements, depending on availability and preference.

The successful candidates will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are overseas trained
• Lives within easy distance of Redbridge
• Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Adapt confidently to new school settings
• Maintain a positive and professional approach
