About the Role
As a Pastoral Co-ordinator, you will:
Lead on the pastoral care and wellbeing of a designated year group
Monitor attendance, punctuality, behaviour, and engagement
Work closely with Heads of Year, senior leaders, teachers, and external agencies
Support students facing social, emotional, or behavioural challenges
Build positive relationships with parents and carers
Help promote high standards, positive conduct, and a strong sense of belonging
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have experience working with young people in a school or similar setting
Demonstrate strong behaviour management and restorative practice skills
Be calm, resilient, and solution-focused
Have excellent communication and organisational skills
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
