Tradewind are recruiting! Are you looking for you next role teaching Computer Science in a great school located in Tower Hamlets?

Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a high-achieving mixed secondary school in the London borough of Tower Hamlets. This Client is seeking a passionate and skilled Computer Science Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from the Summer Term. Salary will be paid in line with London MPS/UPS.

This is an exciting opportunity to teach Computer Science across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 in a forward-thinking and supportive school environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, challenging lessons, preparing schemes of work in line with the national curriculum, and assessing and tracking student progress. You will be expected to differentiate effectively to meet the needs of all learners, maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management, contribute to curriculum development, and support the wider life of the school through extracurricular and enrichment activities.

To be considered for this role, you must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). You should have experience teaching Computer Science at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with strong subject knowledge in computing, programming, algorithms, and digital literacy. This Client is looking for a teacher who demonstrates excellent classroom management, effective communication and organisational skills, and a genuine passion for inspiring students in Computer Science. Commitment to raising attainment, supporting student development, and working collaboratively within the department and school community is essential.
